We have been quite fortunate as the passage from the Faroes to the Shetlands has been quite speedy. A beautiful starry night has been the backdrop of hundreds of falling stars.  Then we could enjoy a spectacular dawn (see picture). We have arrived at the Sound of Yell exactly at the right time to sail through the treacherous waters uneventfully. Just before the rain!
